The founding fathers of British folk rock have been around for 30 years now with about 20 personnel changes in that time including such luminaries as Rick Wakeman and Sandy Denny.

The Strawbs have enjoyed major success on both sides of the Atlantic. Their hit singles Part of the Union and Lay Down topped the charts

Recent years saw the original line up returning to the studio to record The Broken Hearted Bride, a return-to-form effort that solidified the band's staying power. Now playing acoustic sets of classic numbers, The Strawbs are Dave Cousins on guitar, dulcimer and vocals, Dave Lambert on guitar and vocals, and guitarist Brian Willoughby.
